Free Stuff (And Other Stuff) Email Addresses and Bumper Stickers Terms and Conditions: All items and services offered on this page are available only in limited quantities. All offers are subject to availability and withdrawal at any time without advance notice. All items will be provided on a first come, first served basis. The only other condition associated with the items here is that before you send an email with a request for one of the free items, you must sign the guest book. Free Email Address We don't offer a full free email service, but we do offer you a free email address of the form <yourname>@middlebass.org For example, your email address could be davieboy @middlebass.org Mail sent to this address will be forwarded to another email address you specify. The service is fully confidential; we do not store or see any of the email being forwarded. In order to take advantage of this service, you must have a valid connection to the island. The determination of validity will be at our discretion. We're imposing this restriction only to limit the number of requests we have to add, because we are a small, non-profit organization. You won't have any ability to send mail from this address, but all mail sent to this address will be forwarded to your regular email address. The new email address will not be activated until you have received a confirmation email, and this may take a few days. All fields must be entered. To sign up for this service, send an email with the title "Email Address Request" to webmaster@middlebass.org The email must contain the following information: email name requested, second choice name, your real first and last name, your email address that you want messages forwarded to, and your connection to the island. Free Bumper Stickers
For a free Middle Bass Island bumper sticker (subject to availability; only limited quantities available) with blue harebells, which are an endangered flower species found along the rocks on the edge of the lake, send an email with the title "Bumper Sticker Request" to webmaster@middlebass.org. The email must contain the following information: your name, address, and a brief description of your connection to the island. And we would appreciate it if you would sign the guest book before sending the email. Island White Pages Access - Free for Residents Only Real Email (Not for Free) We are also offering real email addresses at middlebass.org with inboxes and outboxes that are not just limited to mail forwarding. However, since we have to pay for these mailboxes, we have to charge for them also. The cost is $20 yearly, with a minimum commitment of two years. Usage of this service will require you to configure your own POP3 mail client such as Netscape Messenger (free) or Microsoft Outlook.
