Bibliography

Our Reprints about Middle Bass and Island History - Interested in Middle Bass history, or in the history of the Lake Erie Islands? Click the previous link to find out what's available.

General in-print guide books with just a passing mention of Middle Bass Island are not listed here; those are too volatile to keep track of. All the books here have significant mention of, and/or pictures of, Middle Bass Island.

A few of the books are fairly easy to find for sale on the Internet, but some, such as the 1874 Ottawa County atlas, are practically impossible to obtain. Those in print but not available in our Web store have links to their catalog pages at amazon.com.

Items 5, 10 and 18 can be ordered directly from Amazon.com by clicking on the links.
