Owlets (Baby Owls), Eagles and Vultures Nature Pictures Taken April 9, 2006
The eagles are in the same nest as last year, but the nest seems larger and the eagles are harder to see when in it.
The owlets are in a tree west of the St. Hazards condos. The first 3 pictures were taken around 8AM with flat but weak light, and the other 5 were taken around 10AM with better light but more contrast, so the best pictures were those that I had overexposed.
The turkey vultures were photographed on the Bretz barn.
